White Labeling
While the Illinois Cottage Food Law dictates the types of goods/processes used to create our end products and the details to be included on our labels (disclaimer, ingredients, allergens, etc…), there is room to customize our labels to your needs. If you are planning for a private party, looking for Christmas gifts, or want products for a Fund Raiser, we can tailor our product names and designs to your own needs.
CUSTOM PRODUCT(S)
Do you want an infused vinegar? A special hot sauce? We are happy to analyze your recipe(s) and determine if they fall in the categories we have been licensed for by the Cook County Health Department.
If they do, we can produce and bottle your own recipes, with your own labels, following the Illinois Cottage Food guidelines and regulations.
And if they currently don’t, we are more than happy to try to apply for your recipe(s) to be approved.
WINE SERVICES
One of my other passions is wine. I am Court of Master Sommelier Level 1 certified and have been the wine director at Evanston “Alcove” fine-dining restaurant since 2022. Artisan Food LLC does not sell wines, but we provide services in the beverage industry, such as:
Wine education
Personalized wine tasting events
Wine selection and pairing for dinner
Wine sourcing
Wine cellar management
