Ingredients: Habanero Pepper, Oak Barrel-Aged Red Wine Vinegar, Salt

If you like vinegar and acidity, oak and medium plus heat, this is the sauce for you. Acidity will hit you first, followed by smokey flavors imparted by the aging of the red wine vinegar in oak barrels; the heat will slowly build throughout as will the pepper fruity flavors.

Great on virtually any food, Lanasco goes particularly well on bacon and eggs (scrambled or fried) and vegetable casseroles.
