Ingredients: Red Wine Vinegar

Our flagship vinegar product, made by a precise selection of red wines, naturally occurring bacteria and long-time aging in oak barrels (typically 6 months).

Can be used to deglaze fried vegetables or in a chicken adobo, to make salad dressing (with shallots!), or vinegar-based drinks.

We aim for high acidity (between 5 and 10%), so dilute with water as you see fit to reduce its strength.
